Quarantine forms help page

This page is intended for the preparation of import/export quarantine certificates by authorised officers of the department.

Visitors and customers

As visitor or customer you only can speed up the work by preparing a form for the officers to finish later.

A visitor is someone who uses this site only occassionally; a visitor does not need to log in.

A customer is someone who uses this site often, a customer must request a login name and password from the department. Customers can submit as many forms as they want. They can get an overview of documents they have initiated before, and use them as template. They can set preferences; for example they can specify to have only the few plants which with they deal, appearing in the lists instead of having to wade through endless lists time and time again.

Overview

The main document is the entry form, where you can list such details as sender, recipient, and destination. The quarantine department will add to this treatments (if any) and their inspection seals. In an additional form you can list the details of the items you want to transport: packed how, how much, and the botanical name.

Not all items are allowed import/export to all countries. The form will only accept those which are allowed and list them with the conditions on the final form. If an item is refused, it is either not allowed to be transported, or it is so rare that it has not been added yet to the list of allowed items. Consult the list of all available declarations, or the links in the right frame, or contact the quarantine department.

Use the link in the upperright corner of this frame to return to the start page.
